Dr Linda saw my son and let me tell you she is the most rude dentist I’ve seen in my whole life. I don’t even understand how a person like this with 0 empathy is working with kids…. Just horrible, my recommendation is just ask not to get appointments with her if you care about your child and want someone who treats your child with love and empathy. There is many other wonderful dentist at this location but make sure you don’t get an appointment with this rude woman.

Front desk was pleasant, call back immediately with no wait time. Doctor was very informative. The rep who I spoke with regarding my follow up visit was very helpful, informative and caring. I would highly recommend Apple Dental to any person looking for dental care.

I initially liked Apple dental, but I found it odd that they would only give you a referral to their internal orthodontist. When I asked about getting a referral slip to see someone else, they said they couldn’t provide that. I requested a release of records and it’s been over a month. I have not received the release of those records, after going in person, completing forms being informed I would get the paperwork within 24hours - nothing. Calling 2x leaving messages for follow ups - no return call, sending an email and no reply. At this point I am just waiting until April to go somewhere else for my son regular dental appt at a new place.

Wish someone told me to stay away from here. Dentist Mellow did extra unnecessary work. Both times I went in she drilled in an additional tooth of my child without telling me first. Both times the work was not needed. This last time she drilled down and put a big cap on a tooth that didn’t even have a cavity. She said it wasn’t bad but she did it anyway, after she was done. I am so angry. She should have her license taken away. I’d bet anything she does this to most if not all her patients. She caused my child so much unnecessary pain and made this a bigger traumatic experience. You all should find a Dentist that follows the Hippocratic Oath for your loved ones. I’d stay away from this horrible place that allows this to happen. They never even returned my call.

Apple Dental Care is the best dentist to take your child too. Betsy and Alyissa were welcoming and helpful. All the staff is excellent! The facilities are very clean and neat. I appreciate everyone for considering my daughter's feelings and for making this a good experience for her. Thank you all again for the amazing care and kindness.

Scam artists. They assured us multiple times over the phone and in person that we are fully covered with our insurance and then billed us over $300 just for regular cleaning/check up. Stay away at all costs

Went there for basic exam with 3 kids( basically for school paperwork), before going in made sure many times that our insurance is going to cover it. In almost 9 months received the bill over $400 for that visit. When I called them the lady talked to me lake a robot telling me eather pay that bill or call to my insurance. I already had a bad experience with them before, but unfortunately decided to give them another chance. Not ever again!!!
